Win Tickets To Lou Reed's Metal Machine Trio At Royal Festival Hall for Southbank's Ether Festival 2010

Lou Reed

Following in the footsteps of Patti Smith performing Horses, Spiritualized gliding through Ladies and Gentlemen, We Are Floating in Space and John Cale playing Paris 1919, Lou Reed comes to Royal Festival Hall to present music inspired by his seminal 1975 album Metal Machine Music.

One of the most radical and compelling albums of all time, Metal Machine Music has been an influence for generations of bands, from Sonic Youth to My Bloody Valentine. This concert sees one of the great rock icons revisiting and reworking a landmark in modern music.

This performance is part of the London Southbank's annual Ether Festival.

Sadly, this competition is now closed. Thanks for entering! Why not have a look at what other Spoonfed Competitions are going on?
