Win a pair of tickets to The Great Preservation Hall Jazz Band at Meltdown Festival at the Southbank.

Ray Davies

It’s been eighteen years since Meltdown Festival first began, and since then it has seen an all star cast of acts, not to mention curators. This year sees 60s pop icon and former lead singer of Kinks Ray Davis take over the curating duties of the festival.

As it celebrates its Golden Jubilee, The Great Preservation Hall Jazz Band, one of the most venerable bands not only in New Orleans but in jazz generally touches down on these shores for a rare showing as part of the Meltdown Festival.
