Win a pair of tickets to see Roy Haynes at the London Jazz Festival and a meal for 2 at Strada

The 2011 London Jazz Festival runs from 11 – 20 November 2011, and to celebrate its arrival Spoonfed has teamed up with the festival to offer readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to see the iconic jazz bandleader and drummer Roy Haynes on November 18th at the Queen Elizabeth Hall as well as dinner for two at London's Southbank Centre before the show.

Now in its 19th year, the London Jazz Festival features a host of international stars including Alison Krauss and emerging young talent such as Robert Glasper. The London Jazz Festival in association with BBC Radio 3 is created and produced by international live music producers Serious.

Jazz legend Roy Haynes is one of the most recorded jazz musicians of all time. Having been performing for more than 60 years his skills as a drummer are unrivalled. Haynes has mastered a huge range of styles from Jazz to swing and bebop. His breathtaking and explosive live performances have earned him the nickname ‘Snap Crackle’ (if they'd have added 'Pop' it would have been copyright infringement) and he has even been the recipient of tribute song from the Rolling Stones.

This competition has now closed. Thank you for entering. Check our competitions page for the latest prizes.
