Alex Horne: Wordwatching @ Soho Theatre
From Wednesday 21st April
Perrier nominee Alex Horne has been trying to invent a new word for almost three years and implant it in the English language. Fidn out how he got on in the Soho Theatre this week as he brings his multi-media neologistic tour to London.
Edward Aczel: Work In Progress @ Hen and Chickens Theatre
From Saturday 24th April
Following on from his sell-out run at the 2009 Edinburgh Fringe and four sold out nights at Soho Theatre, Aczel's new show outlines some brittle thoughts on ambition, politics and why he would have preferred to be an ambassador.
Rhod Gilbert and the Cat That Looked Like Nicholas Lyndhurst @ Hammersmith Apollo
Friday 23rd-Saturday 24th April
The excitable Welshman brings his latest show to the Hammersmith Apollo. Full of the usual rants and analysis of life's daily irritations, this is just as strong a performance as his if.comedy nominated 'Mince Pie' the year before. If there's one man who can project into this cavernous venue - it's Gilbert.
