Monday 6th September
Funny Women semi-finals @ Leicester Square Theatre

You can discover some of the best new female talent in the country at Leicester Square Theatre on Monday, as the UK's leading competition for female comedians holds two back-to-back semi-final shows to be followed by a charity final at the Comedy Store on the 20th. Past winners like Zoe Lyons, Janey Godley and Andi Osho have all gone on to enjoy success on the comedy circuit and are now headline acts on club line-ups.

Friday 10th September
Eugene Mirman @ Old Royal Navy College

Flight of the Conchords star Eugene Mirman makes a rare UK appearance this month in the Greenwich Comedy Festival's Spiegeltent. With a cult comedy reputation in his home nation of the US, Mirman is renowned for his inventive, absurdist humour, quirky stories  and dry observations.

Sunday 12th September
Adam Buxton: BUG
@ Old Royal Navy College

Fans of Dr Buckles will be pleased to hear he is back from his holidays and will be resuming his BBC6 radio show with Joe Cornish in November. In the meantime, you can catch him live this Sunday hosting a special Greenwich Comedy Festival edition of his music video show BUG, which takes a look at some of the best and most inventive music videos and viral hits being made around the globe today.
