Tuesday 12th July
Carey Marx: Edinburgh preview
@ Riverside Studios

Riverside Studios present their inaugural season of Edinburgh previews from an array of exciting up-and-coming comics as well big, established names. On Tuesday you can catch irreverent and playful stand-up Carey Marx previewing his new show Laziness and Stuff. Marx's last Edinburgh show was full of witty sarcasm, black humour and expertly-crafted stories - all delivered with his trademark impish grin. I can't wait to see what he's got in store this year.

Wednesday 15th- Wednesday 22nd July
Ealing Comedy Festival
@ Walpole Park

The annual Ealing Comedy Festival takes place every July and always has a stellar line-up of comics on the bill. Run over five nights and with more than 25 acts to choose from, you can see headliners including Terry Alderton, Omid Djalili, Sean Lock, Stephen K Amos, Milton Jones and more, performing under a big top tent in the park. A perfect way to spend a summer's evening.

Saturday 16th July
 Maxwell's Full Mooners @ Udderbelly

Andrew Maxwell's late-night cabaret show has attracted a hardcore gathering of fans since it began in 2005 and was the first place to welcome Simon Pegg on stage after nearly a decade off the circuit. Go go girls, breakdancers and big name comdians make up the bill which has in the past seen Matt Lucas, Noel Fielding, Russell Brand and Doug Stanhope perform dynamite sets. For one night only at Southbank's Udderbelly venue, Chief Full Mooner Maxwell promises to deliver a night of devilish entertainment and an assortment of special guests.
