Hajera Ghori

Film taste: black and white or solid cheese

Music taste: moody ballads and booty shakers

Hangout: food markets, coffeeshops with cats

Most likes (about London): collective anonymous existence, the southbank at night, all that mighty heart, etc.

Least likes: loud neighbors, people who sit too close on the bus

Me in 10 words: A stone fruit lovin' snob and a poet to boot.

Reviews

venue Bardens Boudoir Thursday, 23 October
Nestled in the hip dankness of Dalston, Barden’s Boudoir is a cheap and cheerful place to boogy it up. They host an impressively large span of events, from literary readings to film nights, bands to bingo, and of course, DJ’s (who’ve always accommodated my drunken requests for old school hip hop – even if I do clear a Morrissey-loving dance floor). Plus, they have the occasional all-night happy hour!
