The Tenth International Breakbeat Award moves from Fabric to Counter Culture.

For their tenth anniversary, Breakspoll moves to Counter Culture and switches to a Friday.

The International Breakbeat Awards started life back in 2001 with an online voting competition amongst a small group of breaks fans and producers.

Over the years the brand has expanded astronomically - going on a world tour and being involved in a 10,000 capacity festival in Spain as well as holding annual multi-venue events in London. Winning an award at the Breakspoll has become one of the highest accolades in breaks.

The competition is voted for by thousands globally - the awards break new talent and elevate the people who deserve recognition.

This year - their tenth - the event has moved from former home Fabric to Counter Culture and switched from a school night to a Friday - a big relief for the ravers.

It is the annual and ultimate event in the breakbeat community and is still going strong.

Breakspoll 2011 is on Friday March 4th at Counter Culture. To register to vote visit their website.
