Moodymann, dollop and Paradise Gardens: Editor's Choice - Clubbing

Every Monday our editors bring you their personal highlights of the week ahead. Lowri Clarke brings you her top three club nights.

Friday 29th June
dollop presents The Detroit Series
dollop kick off a three part Detroit series featuring the infamous and incomparable Detroit three: Juan Atkins, Kevin Saunderson and Derrick May. Their contribution to techno and dance music in general cannot be overstated and seeing them perform now will be an education - as well as a techno workout.

Saturday 30th June
Love Fever and Black Atlantic present Moodymann
Love Fever team up once again with Black Atlantic for a disco - this time it's Detroit enigma Moodymann who'll be packing it out and grooving the groove.

The Wolf and Lamb party they had last bank holiday was a delight, giant balloons falling through the house and disco. This time they have back up in the shape of Citizen, Wbeeza and Love Fever's A&A. The venue is the Oval Space - which has an extended terrace and belting soundsystem.

Saturday 30th - Sunday 31st June
Paradise Gardens Festival
London Pleasure Gardens opens with this smashing-looking two-day party. The site contains a dazzling array of bars, domes, dance arenas, a floating cocktail lounge, an art hotel and restaurant, sculpted gardens and a marina.

It sounds like the best thing since sliced bread. And musically this event is pretty stunning too - with old dance heroes Dreadzone alongside new hotties Sam and The Womp and The Correspondents. There'll be a pyrotechnic spectacular, silly Olympics, a vintage fairground and all manner of illusions and sideshows. Sounds stunning.
