SuperMartXe

by: Lowri

SuperMartXe grew from an Ibizan free party to a massive, 10,000 strong roadblock at the mighty Privilege. Lowri Clarke catches up with the man behind the brand - Logan Schmitz.

Spanish import SupermartXe arrived in London a year ago. They are famed for their flamboyant, extravagant productions, hysterical atmosphere and hard hitting, energetic and uplifting house music.

The beautiful SuperMartXe dancers and performers are spectacular - and a winning formula when combined with a solid rosta of DJs and incredible live PAs. The take their super-sized parties on a tour of the best night clubs in Ibiza, Barcelona, Madrid - and now London.

On the first day of the new decade they take over one of London's best venues - the Brixton Academy - for an Alice In Wonderland extravaganza.

What can first time clubbers expect from SuperMartXe if they attend on January 1st?

Our motto is expect the unexpected! SuperMartXe is all about a big arena-style production event, so expect thousands of gorgeous guys and girls, Europe's hottest go-go dancers, dazzling stage sets, amazing live PAs and musical performances, state-of-the-art lighting, lasers and effects, and to top it all off, the best DJ line up London has to offer, including Main Room Residents Steve Pitron and DJ Aron with our Superstar Guest DJ, Juanjo Martin.. This is not your average Tea Party!

What are you looking forward to in 2010?

2010 is all about new beginnings, bigger and better productions, and taking my productions worldwide. SuperMartXé London is just one of the many projects under my belt. I am extremely pleased with its first year success in London and now looking forward to creating and producing new concepts and working with new artist.

Any new year’s resolutions?
