Lager lager lager....

Underworld, grandaddies of British electronic music, will headline Saturday night at SW4 this August.

The duo, Karl Hyde and Rick Smith, have been producing music as Underworld since 1980. Their breakthrough came via the cult British film Trainspotting - with the infamous 'Born Slippy' providing soundtrack to Renton's narcotic exploits.

The gig will be a massive homecoming show for Underworld, who will have just rocked European festivals Sonar, Ultra and Exit, and is to be their only London gig of 2011.

"London is our town and we love to play in front of a home crowd. SW4 is going to be amazing this year and we can't wait to play there. It's a party in the sun for London's night people. See you there" says Karl Hyde.

Saturday tickets go on sale this Friday at 9am. Weekend and Sunday tickets are already on sale and can be bought here.
