I find myself amidst a sea of moonwalkers and cameras at the Mass Moonwalk at Liverpool Street Station, organised in honour of the late, great King of Pop Michael Jackson. While police presence was heavy at the crowded event – a flash mob organised earlier that day through microblogging site Twitter – the crowd was well behaved and much less mournful than the situation might have implied. In the glorious Friday afternoon sun, hundreds of Londoners were grinning, dancing and generally enjoying MJ’s greatest hits.
