don't leave ur girl round me by riffs
Riffs - 'Don't Leave Ur Girl Round Me'

Juke fever is spreading through UK dance production as fast as it makes your ticker race. Common side effects include footwork seizures and trodden flat caps. Bristol- based producer Riffs smashes it with this blighty bred juke slammer - its speeding rhythm will see you deliriously psyched, pumped with awe and steaming for mischief- so make sure you really 'Don't Leave Ur Girl Round Me'.

Jamie Principle - Waiting On My Angel (Leftside Wobble Edit) by Leftside Wobble
Jamie Principle - 'Waiting On My Angel (Leftside wobble edit)

I'm something of a purist when it comes to the classics. Should you ever find yourself at the Louvre, you wouldn't just walk up to the Mona Lisa and start doodling all over it would you? In fact there are barriers and guards to stop young upstarts doing such things. So when I saw that legendary Chicago house label Trax was the subject of a new 're-edit' album I gasped with fright and dropped my monocle. BUT, having heard Leftside Wobble's superb edit of Jamie Principle's 'Waiting on my Angel, I'm happy to change my mind on the matter. It's been tearing dancefloors to shreds over the past few weeks, taking everything that was good about the original and cranking it up to 11. Good work.

Welcome to My Hood by HDMI44
DJ Khaled - 'Welcome To My Hood ft. Rick Ross'

Theres nothing like a heavy, vibrating bass line to get your head bouncing and feet moving at their attempt at gangsterdom. And with lyrics like 'Welcome to my hood' grunted out by none other than Rick Ross and some of raps royalty this is nothing short of a banger. Turn it all the way up.

MIA - 'Internet Connection (Stanton Warriors Remix)'

This dancefloor bomb comes in honour of the Stanton Warriors who we interviewed this week. The boys know how to produce a dancefloor weapon. They give MIA the Stanton treatment. Heavy breaks over sweet-voiced rapping. Win win.
