A hint of a hangover and a Friday. This combination without fail leaves my switches in the 'filthy dubstep' position. And thanks to BEAT3 who I interviewed this morning, this Skism remix of the already massive Porter Robinson version makes me all kinds of excited.
So very filthy, it's dripping with intent. The synth like broken glass, it smashes through my sluggishness and leaves me dancefloor ready. Like now.

This remix of a Noir & Haze tune has been doing the rounds for some time before it officially saw the light of day - Jamie Jones and Seth Troxler dropped it not once, not twice, but thrice at DC10's closing party.
The ghostly vocal lures you down a murky path, and before you know it you're immersed in one of the most menacingly brilliant tracks of the year. Subb-An is a name I've heard a lot of over the last 18 months, and with remixes like this I think it's safe to say I'll be hearing it a lot more in 2012.
