Deep enough to jump.

Emma picks: Los Suruba - Mantis Los Suruba - Mantis feat. Louisahhh! (Original mix). SURUBA021 by lossuruba

Los Suruba make sexy, sexy music and their latest release 'Mantis' is no exception. The bassline alone is enough to make you swoon, then you've got Louisahhhhhhhhhhh's deep distorted vocals crooning "I love it" over the top and a whooshing build-up that explodes about three minutes in.

In Brazilian Portugese, Suruba means a filthy orgy. Which is a pretty apt analogy for this record. Imagine it playing in a dark basement room,  with sweat dripping off the walls, and a heaving, throbbing, mass of bodies, all gearing up for the drop. Here it comes, here it comes, here it comes....

Tom picks: Luca Lozano - Thug It Out Luca Lozano - Thug It Out (Original Mix) by Klasse Recordings

Despite having a name like a Sicilian crime boss, Luca is in fact a British born producer and one half of record Berlin based label Klasse Recordings. This latest offering is a one tune party, simple. It's mischievous - it'll purposely find the one room you've kept locked, kick the door down and jump all over the bed. Deep and punchy with a contagious bounce, this is as raw as they come.

Lowri picks: Justice - On and On (Justin Robertson remix) JUSTICE "On'n'On" Justin Robertson's The Deadstock 33s vox remix by edbangerrecords

This swelling, lilting tune is not peak time material. But it's a great, solid Friday groove which whets the appitite for more substantial musical morsels. It pulstates and pushes on and on like a train, changing gears, pumping the gas, making you smile.

Justice and Justin Robertson. Tick tick.
