A careful peeling back of the layers that make up the bearded woman. Hers is a face that makes you sit up and notice. A freak she may be but she's also alluring and feminine, perhaps not conventionally but it's there. As part of London International Mime Festival, expect captivating contortionist antics, ventriloquism, and the challenging of  taboos, gender issues, and sex. From Thursday 28th
Fool for Love @ Riverside Studios
From Pulitzer prize winning Sam Shepherd, who has brilliant actor, director and playwright in his credits, expect dramatic revelations, tortured lovers, much pain, angst and a close look at a overwhelming, enigmatic bond. Starring Sadie Frost and Carl Barat. Click here for the full preview

From Thursday 28th
Cat in the Hat @ Young Vic
The classic children's story is brought to life in all its anarchaic glory. Very nostalgic, totally absorbing and you're never too old. It's only 45 minutes, kids might like it, expect colour and enchantment.
