Every Friday our editors bring you their personal highlights of the week to come. Naima Khan selects her top three plays.

From Monday 9th May
Convictions @ Soho Theatre
The Synergy Theatre series kicks off with a dark and important play Every Coin about the rise of Muslim gangs in prisons. Click here to read an interview with director Esther Baker.

From Tueday 10th May
Reykjavik @ The Albany
An immersive theatre experience created in collaboration between theatre company Shams, neuroscientist Hugo Spiers and an incredibly talented team of theatre makers. Reykjavic is a romantic exploration of a city that makes us question our memories.

From Tuesday 10th May
And I And Silence @ Finborough Theatre
A new play from Naomi Wallace set in the segregated America of the '50s, And I And Silence follows two teenagers who break out of jail and land head first in adulthood. Needless to say, it's a steep learning curve.
