Celebrity tatoo artist, Henry Hate - best known for designing tatoos for Amy Winehouse - presents a new ice sculpture on the South Bank.

Nissan Cube

After January's relentless ice and snow, celebrity tattoo artist, Henry Hate, is set to unveil his first ice sculpture on the South Bank. Best known for his work with the likes of Amy Winehouse, Alexander McQueen and Pete Doherty, Henry Hate now turns his attention to the medium of ice.

Using Japanese Samurai chisels (whatever they are), Hate aims to demonstrate the versatility of the art of tattooing.

The whole project marks the UK launch of the new Nissan Cube, and one of the cars will be frozen inside the giant ice sculpture. By jumping on a interactive sensor, visitors to Riverside Walk will light up different sections of the Cube.

'Cube in a Cube' will be on-site for 3 days, during which time it will gradually melt away.

'Cube in a Cube' is at Potter's Fields Park, South Bank from 9th-11th February 2010.
