Ben Wilson takes to the streets of London, painting chewing gum from Barnet to Trafalgar Square.

Move over Banksy here's London's biggest street artist

Forget Banksy; there's a new artist on the streets of London, literally. Ben Wilson helps decorate the London's streets and pavements by producing miniature paintings on pieces of chewing gum. He has created a total of 8,000 works over six years all over the UK and Europe. Some take hours, some take up to three days. They feature anything from elaborate patterns to dinosaurs and fried breakfasts.

Wilson has even taken comissions from the likes of The Royal Society of Chemistry in which he was asked to depict all of the 118 known elements. He has also been hailed a mini celebrity in Korea after appearing briefly on TV there – not to mention suffering a few arrests for criminal damage in Trafalgar Square, later to be dropped.
