This has been around for a while now, but I don’t think I’ve featured it in dancefloor bombs yet so it’s only right it gets its turn.
This is already a classic. A tune so fierce that it makes you want to lick the fur off a cat and post it to your old school teacher. That doesn’t make sense, but that’s the sort of thing this tune will do to your brain.

MAM - Foursome
MAM, aka Matt Hughes and Miguel Campbell, are one of my favourite production duos out there. The knack they’ve got for finding something deep within an old groove, boogie or electro record and creating something beautiful with it is unrivalled in my opinion. Their latest EP is business as usual from the Leeds pair. Pure, stylish neon groove.

HNNY – For the Very First Time
Another solid release from Scandanavian label Local Talk. For the Very First Time is a bouncy jacking affair with a distant echoing vocal that that’ll work wonders on a big system. The only thing is, and I can’t put my finger on why, but there’s something about this tune that makes me think of being in a club at 8am and getting the fear. Is that just me? It’s got that mid-tempo, soft-drop, ‘oh my God why am I still out’ vibe about it.
