Line-up, news, and updates for Blissfields 2011

When: 30 June - 3rd July 2011
Where: Bradley Farm, Hampshire, SO24 9RY
How much: Weekend adult tickets £65, youth £42

Blissfully intimate with only 1,250 revellers and celebrating its 11th birthday with the fancy dress theme 'decades', Blissfields returns for the 2011 festival season.

This summer festival's tagline of “wonderfully small but beautifully formed” rings true given that it won Best Small Festival in 2007 at the UK Festival Awards and claims not to cut any corners despite its non-commercial ethos. With five stages for music, including the main open-air stage the Bradley Bubble, a Big Top, Tractor Disco Stage, Hidden Hedge and The Campfire, there's quite a lot to keep you entertained.

What's more, this is a very family-friendly festival where kids are not overwhelmed by the crowds and there are plenty of chill-out areas and clean campsites. Blissfields is a not-for-profit festival and all proceeds go to charity. Nice.

Recent Blissfields news is that pioneers of the British hip hop and dance crossover Stereo MCs are to headline on the Saturday night. They join electro/pop band of the moment Ou Est Le Swimming Pool and Band of Skulls.
