The festival which started off life as a one day rave in Winchester is now a fully fledged global brand, with events in Latin America and all over Europe. They have picked up a slew of awards since they started 11 years ago, including Best Dance Festival 2 years running.

In 2008, Creamfields celebrated their 10 year anniversary by launching a 2 day format; which allowed ravers to pitch tents as opposed to spending the entire festival awake clutching glowsticks and sweating at the main stage.

They always have stellar dance line-ups - The Chemical Brothers headlined in 2007 playing one of their best live shows ever. This year sees Tiesto, Deadmau5, Audio Bullys, and High Contrast to mention a few of the interstellar DJs and acts appearing in the 2011 bill.
