Glastonbury Announce Ticket Re-Sale

Glastonbury confirms date for ticket re-sale.

The re-sale of cancelled tickets for this year’s Glastonbury festival has been confirmed, taking place at 9am on Sunday 17th April.

Original tickets to the Pilton farm festival sold in just four hours on 3rd October last year, and this is absolutely the last chance to snap up tickets. Obviously there will be minimum availability.

This year the festival will take place between Wednesday, 22rd June and Sunday, 26th June and marks the 41st anniversary of what is widely regarded as the jewel in the UK festival circuit's crown. It also follows Glastonbury winning the prestigious accolade of ‘International Festival of the Year’ at the 21st Annual Pollstar Awards, the fifth time the festival has won the award.

Michael Eavis - as usual - has had to face constant speculation as to what line-up will adorn this year's festival programme. Questionably, it is U2, Coldplay and Beyonce who will play the Pyramid stage headline slots.

Tickets are available online at http://www.seetickets.com/g2011 and via the Seetickets booking line 0844 412 4635.  In order to purchase tickets you must be registered on the festivals website www.glastonburyregistration.co.uk.
