The Green Man Festival is situated in the beautiful valleys of South Wales, in the heart of the Brecon Beacons. The setting alone is enough to entice visitors, and the peaceful atmosphere is one of the things which sets it apart from other festivals.
The musical emphasis is on folk, with legends such as Bert Jansch, Richard Thompson and The Incredible String Band all having played in the past. More contemporary headliners have included the likes of Spiritualized, Super Furry Animals and Joanna Newsome, and this year's line up is similarly impressive.
