Line-up, news and updates for the High Voltage Festival 2011

When: 23-24 July 2011
Where: Victoria Park, London
How much: £75 day ticket, £135 adult weekend ticket.

Well it seems almost every weekend this summer Victoria Park will be playing host to one festival or another and to add to the fruit bowl of musical genres, High Voltage is the one for all you hardcore rockers and metal heads out there.

High Voltage is a festival “custom built by rock fans for rock fans” – which is very democratic, but we wouldn't want to piss that crowd off. Classic Rock, Prog and Metal Hammer are the three main stages at High Voltage and other attractions include a classic car and motorbike exhibition, fairground, food stalls, air guitar competition, Wall of Death and your obligatory rock shops and merchandise.

Headlined by the likes of Judas Priest, Slash, Dream Theatre and Black Country Communion and featuring Thin Lizzy, Thunder and Skin throughout the day, we recommend you stock up on disposable lighters, as this one's going to be epic.
