Natural Rhythm kicks off this year, and not a moment too soon. Set among the secluded woodland a lush fields of Harlocks Farm in East Anglia, it's a haven of creativity, adventure, music and relaxation.

DJs, live bands, comedians and poets - it's an organic tasting menu of fine morsels. The organisers have cut their teeth over the last 20 years organising parties in the area - so they know their stuff. Most of the talent is local.

It's a small festival - so small and intimate they ask you to add your name to the camping guest list so they can get an idea of numbers.
