Nine days of brand new short films from around the world, at a selection of cool cinemas including the Curzon Soho, indy mecca the Prince Charles Cinema and trend-chasing art stop the ICA. The festival annually attracts over 1200 entries from professionals and newcomers alike, with approximately 140 films selected for the competition.
Short films invariably provoke mixed reactions, except when they're just rubbish – but this hand-picked selection, served in handy bunches of five or six, promises laughter, horror and inspiration in equal measures.
