The Russell Howard's Good News star tops the 2010 Larmer Tree comedy bill.

They're better known for their more leftfield folk acts, but Larmer Tree Festival have managed quite a mainstream coup for the comedy tent at this year's proceedings - they've announced BBC3 wunderkind Russell Howard as headliner.
The Russell Howard's Good News star, who recently announced a new arena tour kicking off next year, is sure to pull in a hefty crowd for the festival. His last tour, Big Rooms and Belly Laughs, sold out across the country, and his hit show was the most requested BBC3 program on iPlayer for 2009.
He's not the only big comedy name signed on to perform a set at Larmer Tree this year for the boutique festival's historic 20th anniversary. Canadian stand-up and Fringe favourite Craig Campbell, We are Klang's Steve Hall and Chortle Student Comedian of the Year winner Ed Gamble have also been added to the line-up this week.
They join Perrier winners Rich Hall and Wil Hodgson, Irish stand-up and if.comedy winner David O'Doherty, critically acclaimed sketch troupe Pappy's, exuberant Geordie comedian Jason Cook and recent Chortle Best Newcomer winner Joe Lycett. A fabulous five days' entertainment in anyone's books.
The only bugger is that there's a spot of festival double-booking going on - the equally awesome-comedian-packed Latitude Festival happens on the same weekend. Decisions, decisions!
