taste of London

When: 21-24 June 2012
Where: Regent's Park
How much: from £12-100

Taste of London, the open-air restaurant festival, returns to London, pots and pans in tow, for another year of gastronomic indulgence in Regent's Park. For four days, 40 of the capital's best restaurants will be serving up a mouth-watering array of dishes to be sampled by all you discerning food lovers out there.

150 speciality food and drink producers will be on hand to pass on some of their valuable expertise, while numerous celebrity chefs and culinary giants, including Jason Atherton, Nuno Mendes, Theo Randall and Wolfgang Puck, will be taking part in a series of live demonstrations.

This year, the big news is the presence of no less than eleven Michelin Stars amongst the restaurants involved in Taste of London. New restaurants for 2011 include Pollen Street Social, Whitechapel Gallery and The Corner Room, joining festival favourites like Le Gavroche and Benares.

Another exciting element is The Secret Garden, a hidden little oasis of canapes, champagne and VIP deliciousness. We're getting rather thirsty just thinking about it...
