Line-ups, news and updates for Winterwell Festival 2012.

Where: A secret Gloucestershire location near Cirencester
When:
29th June - 2nd July 2012
How much:
Tickets £105 - £120

It calls itself 'the biggest small festival' and occurs in the Gloucestershire countryside. Winterwell is a delight. Small, stunningly loacted, with cracking boutique credentials that see swathes of fancy dressed lovelies dancing to off-centre tunes, watching late night cabaret and films, eating locally sourced food and sipping well-made cocktails. The discerning crowd prefer 'glamping' to camping. There are Belle tents and tipis available with real beds, electricity and security.

It's child-friendly with a dedicated children's play area and has a capacity of only 1500 so really is intimate. Last year the theme was Battle Of The Board Games and included Cluedo characters committing crimes on the estate and Hungry Hippos snapping at revellers.

This year's theme is A Town Called Winterwell - meaning a Western inspired festival so bring your trusty steed, spurs and saddle up.
