The Converse Represent series just got a thousand times better

As you may have seen, a few weeks ago Converse announced a series of Represent gigs down at the 100 Club at the end of August. Already boasting the likes of Paul Weller, Plan B, Santigold, Toots and the Maytals and SBTRKT, they had one slot open on Thursday 2nd August. This morning they’ve announced that Blur are now headlining that show – throwing all the others into the shade.

Celebrating the 21st anniversary of the release of their debut album ‘Leisure’, the Essex four-piece are already due to play a sold out show at Hyde Park on the 12th of August. This gig at the 100 Club will not only be their first and probably only time they’ve ever played the legendary Oxford Street venue, it’ll also probably be the last chance you’ll get to see Blur up close and personal. Trust us, this one will go down in history.

For a final chance to be at this incredible gig, fans will need to visit www.converse.co.uk/blur from 9:00 AM on Wednesday 1st August.

Ticket registration will be open between 9:00 - 18:00 after which winners will be selected at random and notified. Successful applicants will receive notification via email, inviting them to confirm attendance by midday on Thursday 2nd August. On completion, an e-ticket will be generated for successful applicant and guest.
