Pharrell hits London with his band N*E*R*D for a one off gig in June.
Rock meets hip-hop band N*E*R*D have announced a one-off show in London this summer. The band will be taking a break from all the European festivals they’ve got lined up to treat us in the big smoke to a bit of that Pharrell goodness.
Formally of Grammy Award winning fame The Neptunes, Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo have written and produced songs for all the mainstream hip-hop and R ‘n’ B acts of the late '90s. They then went on to form N*E*R*D (an acronym for No-one Ever Really Dies) with Shay Haley in the early Noughties and have since collaborated with Snoop Dogg, toured with Kanye West, produced a string of hits and gone gold on their debut album.
The band have so far only got two confirmed dates lined up in the UK – one in London and one in Manchester. Tickets are priced at £30 plus booking fees so grab yours quick before you miss out on seeing these funk-rock megastars.
