Britpop band Suede have announced that they will be playing a one off live date at Alexandra Palace on Saturday the 30th of March. The group, who reformed back in 2010, are currently in the midsts of making their sixth studio album which will be their first release since 2002.

In the time since their return Suede have played a string of gigs at venues including The O2, Brixton Academy and the Royal Albert Hall as well high profile festival sets, all of which have been well received by the press and fans alike.

Their performance at the Alexandra Palace will likely be showcase of material from their new album, which is set to drop in spring of the new year.

Tickets go on sale on the 7th of December, be quick though - who knows how many 90s Britpop bands might announce comeback dates before then, we’re holding out on a The Boo Radleys reunion tour.
