Blood Red Shoes play Ginglik Tonight!

Yeah, you read right, impossibly cool Brightonian noise duo Blood Red Shoes are playing Ginglik in the heart of Shepherd's Bush tonight! We just love these kinds of London gigs. Announced as the surprise special guests at this week's A Tribe Called West, we don't think we've been this excited about going to West London since our boss promised to cook us a three-course meal.

However, if you're thinking of pulling your usual Shoreditch trick of phoning your mum's, mate's son and blagging some guest list, then think again – the band are insisting that this show is strictly pay-on-the-door only. So if you want to check this out you'll need to beg your supervisor to let you out of work early and get yourself down there in good time.

A hard rocking twosome that manage to combine looking incredibly hot with making paint stripping garage rock, Blood Red Shoes played their first UK date since May at Leeds Festival last week. This gig however, sees a triumphant return to the tiny stages that their power-house indie punk exploded all over in 2006. Should be well worth the 40 minute tube journey from Bethnal Green!
