Calvin Harris and his sardonic take on pop dance culture have been having a tough old time of late. His new album called Ready For The Weekend, the culmination of years of hard work, recieved some bad press over the last couple of days, all of which seemed a bit much for Harris to handle.

So what better way to vent some pent up frustration than to have a good old rant on Twitter. Trigger happy Harris tweeted a flurry of messages about the state of British Music Journalism, and it went a little something like this:

"THIS ENTIRE INDUSTRY IS FULL OF RICH PEOPLES KIDS, EVERYWHERE, F&*!ING RICH PEOPLES KIDS RICH PEOPLES KIDS"

"RICH PEOPLE MEAN F$*! ALL TO ME SERIOUSLY. I'M MAKING MUSIC FOR REAL PEOPLE AND REAL PEOPLE DANCE - RICH PEOPLE STAND AT THE BACK"

"BECAUSE OF THE F$*!ING RICH PEOPLES KIDS there are people who will like the album who wont get the album because they saw a shit review"

There is more if you care to read on. To make up your own mind about Ready For The Weekend, have a listen below. The album is out on the 17th August.
