December is upon us and clubbing editor Tom Olesen picks his favourite events...which unfortunately all clash with another awesome night. Decisions decisions.

Dreadbass
10th December
Junglist legend Congo Natty has a big ol' party going on at the CLF Art Cafe in the Bussey Building. Set in two massive warehouse rooms with over 50K of sound system this is a serious bass music event, make sure you get a ticket in advance.
Congo Natty will be performing a very special 6 hour live excursion in to jungalistic sounds. With guests on live drums, guitar, and vocals.
Support comes from the excellent We Are Dubist, Rinse FM's DJ Crises, Jazzheadchronic and Bristol's Lion Pulse Sound System.
Extended Players Xmas Party
10th December
Extended players play an exclusive 6 deck, 4 hour set which will display why they are, without a doubt, the most rounded team of turntablists working at the moment.
On mic' duties is the host with the most - MC Prankster. With his combination of Caribbean and American heritage combined with his London swagger there is nowhere to hide but the dance-floor with him hyping the party.
Floating Points and Kyle Hall
10th December
Floating Points has his own unique brand of spaced out, synth centric electronica, which bounces between boogie house, glitch-hop and jazzy dubstep beats. He also has his own custom built mixer to make his vinyl sound even better through the Plastic People speakers. With Detroit beat maestro Kyle Hall sharing the bill this should be a highlight of December for any serious music fan.
Outlook Festival Reunion Party
18th December
Outlook definitely won best bass music festival last year in the hearts and minds of Spoonfed's DJ desk, in anticipation of next year and to give you a chance to catch up with that stranger you snogged they're throwing the mother of all parties at the Coronet. With a ridiculous line-up already and more to be announced you would be a moron to miss this one if you have even a passing interest in all things sub-rattling.
Greg Wilson
18th December
Greg Wilson is one of the godfathers of modern DJ music and he's bringing his reel to reel tape deck to East Village to show you how it's really done. As one of the original residents of Manchester's legendary Haçienda club, he was instrumental in the formation of rave culture as you know it. Get down to East Village and pay your respects.
