DJ Kentaro

4th July
Zombie Summer Soundsystem @ Cargo
Following the massive success of their last party, Zombie Soundsystem returns to Cargo for a flipping fantastic free event. There's no better way to celebrate Independence Day than with Chicago's finest house vocalist Robert Owens, a four-hour birthday set from Zombie resident DJ Shane Watcha, and a summer BBQ in the Cargo garden.
Best For: Smooth grooves and burnt meat.

15th July
DJ Kentaro @ Cargo
After being the youngest ever DMC champion in 2002, DJ Kentaro [pictured above] is not one to sit on his laurels. Since then, he's continued to take the hip hop and scratch world by storm. Tokyo's turntable wonder boy hits Cargo for an AV set, and as his furious fingers blur and unreal sounds exude from a pair of decks, you won't believe your ears and eyes.
Best For: Witnessing mad ninja skills.

17th July
The Glitch Mob @ KOKO
Hailing from the sunny shores of California, The Glitch Mob have been instrumental in bringing glitch hop to a mainstream audience. Their heaving beats and eclectic tunes will tempt even the most unwilling to a stomp or two on the dancefloor. With support from the likes of kidkanevil, DJ Vadim and Subsource you'll be overwhelmed by glitchy breaks, electro and hip hop sublimity.
Best For: Awesomeness.

17th July
Claude VonStroke @ Fabric
Dirtybird honcho and all round inspirational chap, Claude VonStroke will be gracing the decks in Room One with support from Heidi and Matt Tolfrey. All three artists are essential pillars holding up the house and techno scene, and only represent a mere fraction of the astonishing line-up at this event.
Best For: Booty-bass techno.

30th July
Tiesto @ Victoria Park
Tiesto is a hugely important DJ and producer within the international sphere of dance music. His performances are always wildly entertaining, combining his legendary anthemic tunes and a mesmerising light show, with his mammoth on-stage presence. This one-off show comes off the back of his sensational UK 'Kaleidoscope' tour that blew the minds of his fans with every performance. With Pendulum in support, it's a daytime clubbing event that's set to go off with a bang.
Best For: Commercial dance music at its most epic.
