Mass Mistletoe Kiss-Off Tonight in Covent Garden

Mass Mistletoe Kiss-Off Tonight in Covent Garden

21 December, 2009
by: Spoonfed Team

In an effort to spread holiday cheer, a mass kiss under mistletoe will take place in Covent Garden tonight at 6pm in the West Piazza. Special decorations are being set up for the one-off event and, most significantly, free mulled wine will be provided to all participants.

Organisers request that you 'bring a loved one down, tell a friend or turn up and find your Christmas angel.' The official Covent Garden London Twitter page further instructs that you 'just look for the arch', as that is where the magic will happen.

Whether you're passing through, working nearby or are simply curious, there's nothing like some festive snogging and mulled wine to brighten up a wintry evening. Just make sure you leave before you hear 'Merry Kissmas' for the hundredth time.

Check the official Covent Garden homepage to find out about other Christmas-themed events taking place at the iconic shopping hub, including reindeer petting and storytelling.
