Foals, Friendly Fires and even Marilyn Manson donate items to the second Rumble In The Jumble...

Charity group The Music Circle plus Radio 1 DJ Gemma Cairney and TV's Dawn Porter have joined forces to throw the second of their ‘Rumble In The Jumble’ jumble sales extravaganzas. The event will be taking place on Saturday January 26th at the Bethnal Green Working Men’s club from 12pm to 6pm.

As the name suggests this is no ordinary bring and buy sale. The sale is a follow up to Gemm Cairney and Dawn Porter’s hugely successful event for Get Together, which managed to raise an enourmous £7k for Oxfam. This time around the jumble will feature items donated by musicians and celebrities such as Friendly Fires, Foals, Bat For Lashes, Daisy Lowe, Annie Mac , Erol Alkan and many more.

Each of these great people have donated items of clothing, parts of their record collections and other awesome bits and bobs to help raise awareness and aid for abused women in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Oxfam’s Get Together for International Women’s Day.

If you've ever wanted to rifle through a Marilyn Manson’s trash, flick through Andy Weatherall’s record box or try on the contents of Fearne Cotton’s wardrobe, now’s your chance to do whilst helping those in need.

Entrance on the afternoon is £3 and you've got to bring some things of your own to jumble if you want to take part.

To get you all in the mood for the upcoming Rumble In The Jumble, the Music Circle have put together an exclusive playlist featuring tracks from those artists who've donated to the jumble - including Jessie Ware, The Chemical Brothers, Underworld, Erol Alkan, Anna Calvi, Foals, and Marilyn Manson!
