Pumpkin Picks - Best of Halloween Clubbing

Pumpkin Picks - Best of Halloween Clubbing

by: Spoonfed Team

Darkness falls accross the land, the midnight hour is close at hand...

The spookiest night of the year is almost upon us so Spoonfed's DJ desk present their pick of the best Halloween parties.

Saturday 29th October

The London Borough of Bass Halloween Rave
Seven of London's filthiest, most diseased and in-your-face promoters go head-to-head in another unsightly edition of the London Borough of Bass. It's Halloween so expect the Bussey Building to be rammed with the dead, the deadly and the dying.

The line-up is too massive to name-check everybody, but i think you'll agree, the sounds are going to be the death throes of the utterly sick and depraved. Very serious indeed. Dress for hell itself. Promoters responsible for this are: The Z-Shed, Senseless, Bin Juice, Rag N Bone, Them, Coin Operated and Dungeoun Bounce. Death, disease, famine, pestilence....and loads of smoke machines. BOOOOOM.

Saturday 29th October
Mulletover Halloween

mulletover present their third and final party of their 2011 series. Halloween is arguably their favourite time of year - their bashes are always legendary with clubbers making a massive effort to look gruesome and undead.

Tonight they bring the one and only Steve Bug - Gentleman of Techno, Poker Flat boss and out and out beacon of brilliance, he will be spinning his magic alongside Cocoon mainstay and driving force of German techno Tobi Neumann. Louche are in charge in room two - they started out in a similar vein to mulletover - a small party for friends and growing from there. They will certainly add flames to the fire.

Saturday 29th October
Electric Minds and secretsundaze present Halloween Asylum Party
Two stalwarts of the London underground party scene join forces tonight for a Halloween special. Dolan Bergin's Electric Minds team up with James Priestly & Giles Smith's secretsundaze at a secret location to bring all the house and techno anyone could need on their weekend. Keep your eyes on secretsundaze.net / electricminds.co.uk for more info including special guests.

Saturday 29th October
Low Life Presents Blacke Magicke
Low Life always sell out way ahead of time. Organised by Bill 'DJ History' Brewster, they may be the most desired parties in London. Tonight it's Halloween. Witching hour is upon us. Make haste to this night of shadow and hellfire. Dress up. (But still dress to dance.)

Friday 28th October
Krankbrother Present Halloween

Krankbrother have been firing on all cylinders with their rooftop series of parties - and for Halloween they go all out. It's fancy dress, in a secret east end location and features two cutting edge DJs. Freak n Chic main man Shonky can funk up any dancefloor and Matt Tolfrey - Leftroom henchman - has serious clout. The brothers themselves have a freaky-scarily awesome support set planned. Venue will be announced soon. Dress the hell up.
