Here's our picks of London's best New Year's Parties 2012/13:

Beat Dimension NYE at Secret Location
Capping what has been a pretty fruitful 2012 for Beat Dimension, the well-respected party-starters are exploring the darker side of house, techno and bass at a secret NYE warehouse bash. Featuring Blawan hiding bodies under his garage and Berlin's premier techno geek Mike Derhnert on the decks, this definitely wins the award for dirtiest party out there this New Years.
Club NME's New Year Ball ft Peace at KOKO
If beer, super loud rock and indie babes are things that float your boat, then you've got to love Club NME. Taking over their spiritual home this New Year's and featuring a live performance from Brummy indie kids Peace, they'll be running through all of the indie/alternative crackers of 2012.
secretsundaze NYE at Secret Location
Following up on his solid appearance at Corsica Studios earlier in the year, DJ Andres, producer of some of the biggest tunes of 2012 in New For You and Second Time Around, joins the eclectic Martyn and Trevino for this year's secretsundaze NYE party.
Sexbeat's New Year’s Party at The Shacklewell
Sexbeat and Beach Creep are teaming up to see in 2013 with a night of old/new school punk howlers with DJ sets from hotly-tipped kraut revivalists Toy and noise rockers Heavy Friends.
Urban Nerds' NYE at The Sidings
The East End's favourite experimental house nuts are slipping across the river this New Year's to present 9 hours of underground bass and beats at a four-arched tunnel near London Bridge. Featuring Redlight, Breach, Darksky, Throwing Snow and 2-step king Elphino
New Year's Eve Stand Up Show at Comedy Store
Offering a real alternative to the usual hands-in-the-air disco stuff, Comedy Store's NYE bash features mime sensation Boy With Tape on His Face, hilarious Canadian Pete Johansson, Edinburgh Best Newcomer nominee Imran Yusuf and more.
The Social's New Year's Eve Party at The Social
There doesn’t seem to be lots on in central London this year, but if you are looking for something different from Katy Perry and N-Dubz after necking your champagne in Regents Park, then you can’t do any better than the Line of Best Fit’s takeover of The Social in Fitzrovia. Featuring DJs plucked from cool as fuck indie label Double Denim and a live set from Wolf Alice, this should be the least cheesiest thing in W1 by a long shot.
Dollop NYE at the Troxy
Promising one of the best line-ups we've ever seen at a New Year's party, Dollop are taking over the Troxy for the mother of all East London throw downs. Yes, it'll be full of woolly hats and backpacks, but the talent behind the decks includes Oneman, Krystal Klear, Numbers boss Jackmaster and a host of others. Not one to be missed.
XOYO NYE 2012 ft Simian Mobile Disco at XOYO
If you're looking for a big, dumb, light-show and loud-beats party this New Year's then XOYO has just the thing for you. Promising to crank the venue's brand new soundsystem right up to its maximum setting, British dance duo Simian Mobile Disco and DFA's Hercules and Love Affair will be making sure this Old Street Basement will be a proper sweatbox.
Trouble Vision and Teif at Corsica Studios
Easily the most consistently awesome club in London, Corsica Studios' two in-house nights team up for a New Year’s party that features some of the best house talent currently on the scene. Including Bicep, John Talabot, Move D and more.
