by: Spoonfed Team
Welsh rockers Super Furry Animals have announced a one-off London show before their Manchester appearance. They will be taking the stage at The Forum on October 9 and promoting their new album ‘Dark Days/Light Years.’ Tickets are currently on sale for the London show which follows their recent appearances at Lovebox music festivals and Somerset House in July.
Formed in the early 90s, Cardiff's Super Furry Animals have undergone several changes in direction over the years, from experimental techno to Britpop, Welsh-language revivalists to ambient space rockers. They are also building their own label called Irony Bored which will include Welsh artist Cate Le Bon. Her first album under the Irony Bored label will be released October 2009.
