Stricly Come Dancing Live is gearing up for its 2011 tour with six celebs already in the line-up

Strictly Come DancingThe line-up for Strictly Come Dancing Live tour has been announced before it makes its way to London's Wembley Arena and The O2. Whilst Spoonfed's theatre team is obviously very lofty, intelligent, high-minded and artistic (yeah right!) we do also like to indulge in a bit of Strictly Come Dancing. Strictly on a professional basis, of course. So we're just a little chuffed that the first six celebrity contestants have been revealed. From the most recent series, we have:

Patsy Kensit
Pamela Stephenson
Tina O'Brien and
Kara Tointon

And because they just can't stay away:

Colin Jackson, Olympic athlete and the 2005 runner up.
Ricky Whittle, actor and last years runner up.

Ricky is already gearing up and getting in the competitive mood, saying, “I’m absolutely thrilled to be taking part in the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour. I’ve already dug out my sparkly shirts and started practising my dance moves - I’m hoping to give Colin Jackson a run for his money!”

The six will compete live in front of judges Len Goodman, Craig Revel-Horwood and Bruno Tonioli in the hopes of securing good scores both from the fearsome threesome and from the audience. At the end of each show, the judges scores will be combined with the audience's votes to select a winner.

Zoe Ball, well known TV presenter and second runner up in Strictly 2005, will be hosting the show, which starts in Nottingham Trent FM Arena on 14th January, before travelling on to Sheffield, Wembley Arena, London’s O2, Liverpool, Dublin, Belfast, Birmingham, Manchester and will finish its run at Glasgow’s SECC on 13th February.
