End of the Road Festival 2012: first comedy announcements

Robin Ince, Tony Law and Doc Brown will all perform at the boutique arts festival.



End of the Road Festival have announced their first wave of comedians, including erudite bookworm Robin Ince, comedy rapper Doc Brown, surreal Canadian Tony Law and Boston stand-up Alex Edelmen.

Held over the weekend of the 31 August-2nd September in the Victorian pleasure garden of Larmer Tree, Dorset; the boutique festival provides music, art, comedy, cinema, a woodland library, a games area, an enchanted forest, a healing field, and quality food and drink.

Festival Directors said: "We are happy to announce our latest additions for the comedy amphitheatre in the woods. Alongside festival favourite Robin Ince and his Book Club we've also got Alex Edelmen over from 'The Big Apple' and Doc Brown who used to be in a band with Mark Ronson and Amy Winehouse amongst many other wonderful additions."
