The TV comic prepares for his new series with several warm-up gigs in Piccadilly.

We're getting a little sick of Michael McIntyre news here at Spoonfed but what the hey, we'll keep on covering it because we know how many of you ruddy love the floppy-haired goon. Well, you might be excited to hear he's got MORE gigs coming up this month and the next as he warms up for his BBC1 Comedy Roadshow in Piccadilly's Comedy Store.

The six-part series was a certified hit last year with regular audience peaks of over 5 million viewers and a British Comedy Award nomination for Best Comedy Entertainment Programme. It returns to our screens this summer with a new line-up of some of the best names currently performing on the live circuit.

In preparation, the observational wit will host several Monday night shows from the 19th April to 21st June mixing seasoned pros like John Gordillo and Ian Stone with rated newcomers like Imran Yusuf and Doc Brown

Tickets cost £20 and you can see line-ups and book tickets through the Comedy Store's website.
