Every Monday our editors bring you their personal highlights of the week ahead. Tom Jeffreys selects his top three exhibitions.

From Tuesday 21st September
Art Hate on Cork Street
Hate art? Yeah, me too sometimes. Well, this week good old Billy Childish and his fellow L-13 artists are urging you to join them for Art Hate on Cork Street. After the success of last year's National Art Hate Week - during which, if a child offered you a painting, you were urged to "turn away in disgust" – they're putting on a short show in the heart of London's commercial gallery district.
From Wednesday 22nd September
Pordenone Montanari @ Italian Cultural Institute
An exhibition of paintings by 73 year-old Italian artist, Pordenone Montanari, who's been compared to Picasso and Chagall. Nobody has really paid the reclusive artist any attention since his last public exhibition in 1986 until a recent chance occurrence when his critically acclaimed work came once again to light.
Saturday 25th September
Experimental Food Society Spectacular @ The Brickhouse
The Experimental Food Society comprises such crackpot culinary innovators as the Rebel Dining Society, Bompas & Parr, the Curious Confectioner and Lily Vanilli, and for one day this September they're all converging on the Brickhouse for a day of foody amazingness. There's a daytime exhibition, where you can watch food being made, watch some of the artists and eat the odd morsel, and then in the evening a full-scale dining bonanza with performance and all manner of oddball deliciousness.
