Frieze Art Fair is like a million exhibitions in one. We pick out the highlights.

Frieze Art Fair can be a rather intimidating beast, especially for first time visitors. But the Frieze folks do actually do their best to make the whole thing fun and accessible, with a range of special commissions, activities, films and talks. This year the programme is more packed than ever, and features the involvement of a whole host of established and emerging artists to complement the more sales-heavy aspect of the fair.
To help you get the most out of this year's Frieze Art Fair, we've put together a short list of the best things going on in and around Regent's Park during Frieze Week 2009.
At Frieze
The Galleries
Of course, the main focus of Frieze is the contemporary art galleries, 164 of them to be precise this year. Look out for newcomers such as Wilkinson and Vilma Gold alongside the usual big hitters like White Cube, Gagosian and Sadie Coles.
Frieze Projects
With exciting contemporary artists commissioned to produce special projects, this is often the highlight of the fair. Curated by Sarah McCrory, the 2010 instalment sees work by the likes of Jeffrey Vallance, Matthew Darbyshire and Spartacus Chetwynd.
Frieze Film
2010 sees a curated film programme with work by Jess Flood-Paddock, Linder, Elizabeth Price and Stephen Sutcliffe.
