Every Friday our editors bring you their personal highlights of the week to come. Tom Jeffreys selects his top three exhibitions.

Friday 29th July
Hunter/Gatherer @ Arcadia Missa
The Rupture Series kicks off with a weird-sounding event down at Arcadia Missa in Peckham. Artists Alexander Wilson and Daniel Pickles have teamed up to present a radio transmission intercepted from the crew of a deep-sea trawler that set sail from Hull in order to find the anti-Arctic, "the point of departure of all known souls where a being will be able gain true spiritual enlightenment." They certainly wouldn't find that in Hull.
From Saturday 30th July
Gladiator Games @ Guildhall Yard
Two days of Roman-style gladiatorial games this July in Guildhall Yard, organised by the folks over at Museum of London. Taking place in London's only Roman ampitheatre, this promises to be quite the most dramatic event of the summer. "Are you not entertained?"
From Sunday 31st July
Joffe et Pye @ Chateau Joffe
A joint exhibition of works by contemporary artists Jasper Joffe and Harry Pye taking place in Joffe's Shoreditch home this summer. Both artists are known for their bright, bold, amusing figurative paintings as well as various extra-curricular comings and goings. Pye is a major music boffin, whilst Joffe set up the brilliant Free Art Fair.
