Kalied Editions

From Wednesday 6th July
Art on Poetry @ Saison Poetry Library
As part of the Southbank Centre's four-month celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Festival of Britain, the brilliant Kaleid Editions have enlisted a series of interesting and innovative contemporary artists to respond to the works in the Saison Poetry Library, through a series of exhibitions, interventions, residencies, and other assorted events. Art on Poetry continues this July with works by Alexandre Bettler, Alex Czinczel and Oona Grimes.

Friday 8th July
Spoonfed / Art Licks Peckham Art Tour
Spoonfed have teamed up with the brilliant Art Licks to take a small group of visitors on an evening art tour round glamorous Peckham. Visit community-minded galleries, bustling artists' studios, and DIY galleries in the back of pubs, and meet the artists, curators and gallerists making Peckham one of the most exciting areas in London right now.
To book your place email alice@spoonfed.co.uk with the subject line 'Art Licks tour - Peckham'.

From Friday 8th July
Art & Science @ GV Art
In recent years, the gradual coming together of the arts and the sciences has been one of the major developments in contempory art. Places like GV Art are very much at the forefront of this new direction, and their exhibition this summer, entitled, succinctly, Art & Scince, is something of a summation of everything that gallery has been doing since it opened back in 2008. Look out for works by David Marron, Annie Cattrell and Helen Pynor.
