by: Tom Jeffreys
Every Friday our editors bring you their personal highlights of the week to come. Tom Jeffreys selects his top three exhibitions.

From Tuesday 23rd August
Freedom From @ Museum of London
A striking new exhibition at the Museum of London this summer exposes modern day slavery in the capital. By examining real-life stories and personal testimonies of human trafficking, the exhibition explores the impact of modern slavery on the victims of forced labour and trafficking. This exhibition is designed to show that slavery is not just confined to the annals of history – it exists with us here, now; in our own city.
Wednesday 24th August
London Street Photography Festival Auction @ German Gymnasium
Closing the inaugural London Street Photography is a fundraising auction, aimed, as the name suggests, to raise some money for next year's instalment of this brilliant festival. As well as some wicked works up for grabs, the ticket price also includes cocktails, food, and a raffle ticket with some cracking prizes on offer. Great evening, great cause - what more do you want!
From Friday 22nd August
We Have Our Own Concept of Time and Space @ auto-italia
A four-day event exploring ideas around self-organisation at Auto Italia this August. The collaborative project involves various events, discussions and workshops, plus a temporary bookshop and exhibition of archival material.
